ISATL is a privately owned, independent off dock based in Chattogram, Bangladesh .An initiative of Summit Group, Alliance Holdings Limited and Ispahani Group, Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminals Limited (ISATL) was incorporated in The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms as a Public Limited company under the Companies Act, 1994 on June 25, 2009.
The Company’s registered office is located at North Kattoli, Pahartali, chattogram – 4207 and Corporate Office at The Alliance Building, 63 Pragati Sarani Baridhara, Dhaka – 1212.
As an off-dock ISATL started its journey back in 2017 with the operation of Gildan DC (a Canadian Manufacturer of Branded Clothing). ISATL obtained license for handling Export and Empty containers on 4th July 2018 when Maersk has started their operation at ISATL. Full license for handling Import, Export and Empty obtained on 20th October 2019.
Principal activities of the company are to provide Off-Dock services to its valued clients that include as under:

Inland Container Depot comprising transportation and storage of empty containers and redelivery of the containers to various locations as per client’s advice.

Container Freight Station comprising activities related to Export and Import cargo handling. The services that are provided include:

Receiving of export cargo, storage of the same in bonded warehouse, documentation to complete formalities related to export, stuffing (loading) of the cargo in the container and transportation of the same after due customs formalities to the Port Container Yard or Vessel Hook as per Client’s advice.

Receiving import cargo from port yard, documentation, unstuffing (unloading) of the same after due Customs formalities and handing over of cargo to clients.

Company also provides some customized services to its clients, such as Container condition survey, its repair and maintenance; Fumigation; etc.
This off-dock is geographically located at a very convenient location where it provides easy access for vehicles carrying RMG goods from Dhaka and at the same time container leaving the off-dock can be transported to port via Chittagong port access road (CPAR) within a short time as ISATL is located very close to the CPAR.The company has bonded depot on approx. 31 acre freehold land in North Kattali, located 8 km away from the multipurpose container vessel berths of Chittagong Port, with facilities to provide both ICD and CFS services as detailed below:

Total covered space of 208,800 sft 02 Warehouse at this depot for storage of export cargo before stuffing and transportation of the same after completing Customs and other formalities. And Future expansion as Proposed CFS-03 for 1,89,000 sft.

One specialized Bonded Warehouse of Distribution Center (DC) for GILDAN (G.A.B.) size of 83580 sft. And Future expansion as Proposed Bonded Ware house as same for GILDAN (G.A.B.) -02 for 91,980 sft.

Import Warehouse & Jute Yard of 16,200 sft. And Future expansion as Proposed Import Warehouse & Jute Yard -02 for 19,200 sft.

ICD facility for storage of approx. 6,000 empty container (at any point of time) with developed yard area of over 4,50,000 sft

Fleet of heavy and light equipment’s including, amongst others, Laden Reach Stackers, Cranes, High & Low Mast Forklifts of various capacities, Empty Reach Stackers, Side Stackers Cargo Lifts, Trailers, Prime Movers and other handling equipment’s like hand-trolleys etc.

Standby generators of 500 KVA capacity for supplying power to the entire yard and warehouses.
The company has received the Global Security Verification (GSV) certification which is the leading international business network for supporting the development and implementation of measures for enhancing global supply chain security. With this GSV certificate the company was determined by an independent 3rd party expert as having the appropriate security measures in place, as published by the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection.
