ISATL is a privately owned, independent off dock based in Chattogram, Bangladesh .An initiative of Summit Group, Alliance Holdings Limited and Ispahani Group, Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminals Limited (ISATL) was incorporated in The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms as a Public Limited company under the Companies Act, 1994 on June 25, 2009.
The Company’s registered office is located at North Kattoli, Pahartali, chattogram – 4207 and Corporate Office at The Alliance Building, 63 Pragati Sarani Baridhara, Dhaka – 1212.
As an off-dock ISATL started its journey back in 2017 with the operation of Gildan DC (a Canadian Manufacturer of Branded Clothing). ISATL obtained license for handling Export and Empty containers on 4th July 2018 when Maersk has started their operation at ISATL. Full license for handling Import, Export and Empty obtained on 20th October 2019.
