Commander Mohammad Fazle Rabbi, (C), psc, assumed the role of Head of Operations at ISATL in September 2024. Before joining ISATL, he served in the Bangladesh Navy for 21 years, retiring voluntarily as a seasoned professional. During his naval career, he commanded several small and medium-sized warships and served as an instructor at the Naval Academy, Signal School, and Maritime Warfare School.

Following his retirement, he joined Youngone, a leading multinational company in the RMG industry, as Head of Plant, where he served for approximately 14 years. He later worked as the Project Director at A K Khan and Company for about two years before transitioning to ISATL.

He has an outstanding academic record and a distinguished career trajectory in both the navy and civilian organizations. He is known for his outspoken, positive mindset and visionary leadership, with a strong focus on building sustainable, green companies.

He is socially very active and member of most of the elite clubs in Chittagong and Dhaka. He is married and proud to have a daughter, a son, and a grandson.
