Mr. Manjur Hassan was born in Agrabad, Chattogram, in 1975. He completed the BSc & MSc. from National University in 1997 & 1998 respectively and MBA in Human Resource Management from International Islamic University, Chittagong in 2011.He was also received PGDPM (Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management) in 2007.

He successfully completed ISO 9001:2008 5 days Lead Auditor Course on Quality Management System in 2012. He was received training from Japan about 15 days on “SHOP (Solving Human & Organizational Problems)” in 2019 & “BDQM (Bangladesh Quality Management System)” in 2015 and from Srilanka about 02 days on “Leadership and Team Building” in 2013. He also received various training on Management Excellence, Kaizen & 5s and Change Management & Team Building in 2008, 2009, 2017 respectively.

He is currently member of “The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA, Japan)” and “Chittagong AOTS Alumni Society (CAAS)”.

In 2003, he joined the Hathazari College, Chittagong as a Lecturer till 2007. Since November, 2007, he has been HR In-Charge of Regency Garments Ltd. He was Manager, HR & admin from April 2009 to 2018 of Regency Garments Ltd.

He is currently leading the department of HR & Procurement as “Head of Department” with a position of Assistant General Manager of Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminals Limited (ISATL) from February 2018. He is overall responsible for all activities of HR, administration & purchasing. Mr. Manjur has well experienced this relevant area about 18 years.
